Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (sliced into parts)
7-8 Garlic Cloves (whole)
1 t-spoon ground black pepper
1 t-spoon crushed red pepper flakes
¼ cup of Soy Sauce
Pinch of salt
¼ cup of oil
RECIPE:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, or just mix in the cooking pan. Turn on the stove to a higher heat.
- Start cooking the chicken at a higher temperature, but bring the heat to medium when comes to a simmer.
- Add water if the chicken looks dry.
The chicken will get done in approximately ten to fifteen minutes. Make sure that before cooking, the chicken is dry, and there is no liquid. This is an excellent recipe for a family or for large gatherings because it takes few ingredients, and gets done quickly. The kitchen does not resemble a war zone, and most people truly enjoy it. You can also adjust the spices according to your tastes.
